The Twin Gauge on-board air compressor system provides you with a one touch, in-cab control of your air springs at an economical price. This compressor system allows you to inflate and deflate your air springs with just the touch of a button, no matter the location.

We've all had the painfull experience of pulling up to a service station and the air pump isn't working. Save yourself the time and hassle with the Polyar on-board compressor systems. Add an on-board air compressor system to inflate and deflate your springs with just the touch of a button, no matter the location.

Choosing the right air compressor is easy:

All of our air compressor kits will fit all Polyair spring kits, so its up to you which kit suits your needs best

Analogue means you can control the air bags from an analogue gauge from inside the cab area. Simple, easy controls.

Wireless means you can control the air bags via a remote or via bluetooth with a free app from inside or outside the vehicle. There are no running lines to the cab area.

Single Path System means the air bags are routed together for an equal inflation. Two springs will inflate at the same time at the same rate. Perfect for loads that are evenly distributed or for weight over the tow bar.

Duel Path Systems means the air bag can be controlled independently from each other. Each bag has its own line, allowing for different pressures. This is perfect for uneven loads.

Shipping and Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

ORDERS
Despite the many changes occurring daily, we are still able to continue running our business as usual. SHIPPING
We have had confirmation from Australia Post and from our couriers that deliveries will be going ahead as normal.

MINIMISING CONTACT
Where possible our staff are working from home, and if this is not possible, we are maintaining the rule of 4 sq metres per person. Extra measures have been put in place to ensure proper social distancing with our delivery drivers and couriers.

SAFETY
We are following government guidelines on hand washing and as always asking our staff to continue to maintain high levels of hygiene to ensure their safety and the safety of others. Our warehouse is closed to visitors.

NORMAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

CalOffroad try to ship your parts as fast as possible. For in stock items purchased and paid for by 10am they usually ship on the same day. For orders that need to be assembled usually ship within 1-2 days. CalOffroad may send small items with Australia post or a choice of courier services. Most small items can be delivered to business or residential addresses. Large items will need to be sent to a business address or a freight depot. Depending on your location in Australia ad the shipping service you choose, shipping can take from 1 -3 days and usually 1-1.5 weeks if you are in more remote areas.

International delivery will depend on the service chosen.


Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

At CalOffroad we believe in our products as much as you do. If we send the incorrect parts we will arrange pickup and send you out the correct parts providing the parts to be returned are in as new condition unused and not fitted to any vehicle. If you order the incorrect parts and have received approval to return the goods for a credit you must return the goods at your cost. Return authorisation form number must be requested within 7 days of you receiving the goods. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval from CalOffroad to return such merchandise. Please call or email us for information on how we can help you. For any incorrect items CalOffroad must be notified within 7 days of order. CalOffroad are not liable for any fitting costs of incorrect items sent. All items must be checked prior to fitting

Product Returns

CalOffroad will only accept returns of merchandise in certain circumstances.

CalOffroad must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods if parts are incorrect or faulty in anyway. Goods cannot be returned if are a custom order or have been fit to vehicle, opened, removed from packaging or handled leaving any finger marks scratches grease or dust. Goods must be in brand new saleable condition.

Any returns must include a return authorisation number that can be applied for by sending an email to CalOffroad and must be sent within 7 days of you receiving the goods.

Any approved returns will be credited to your account for future purchase. All returns will include a re stock fee of 20%,

Cancellation Of An Order

If you cancel your order before we send it. We are happy to refund you minus any charges we have incurred. This means if you pay direct deposit there are no fees or charges. If you pay credit card we do incur fees at our end so we will refund you minus the card fees we have been charged by the bank or card company
